HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE CARE
REGISTERED NURSES - FIRST SHIFT
Full-time nurses will visit home care patients residing in Nashua or Merrimack area and act as backup for staff serving patients in Litchfield/Londonderry towns. Qualified candidates must have at least one year nursing experience in acute care, and case management, med/surg experience and/or IV skills are highly preferred. HHHC will provide comprehensive training in telehealth equipment and electronic documentation.
