We have immediate openings on all shifts for Registered Nurses to provide quality care in our 69 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. RN's supervise nursing staff, and provides quality care and assistance to residents. Responsibilities include maintaining medical and treatment records, and administering medications. Experience with Resident Centered Care practices is a must. 1-3 yrs experience and a current California RN license, CPR and first aid certification req'd.
